if seeing their post reminds u that u wanted to unfollow, put it off for a bit. make a note of it. unfollow after there’s been some time in between. unfollowing someone directly after they post a selfie/art sends a message that no one wants to see that stuff. it can make them feel insecure or worthless
im not saying u can never unfollow anyone. just be more conscious of the timing
